Our strength & conditioning program consists of structured programming and testing dedicated to keeping the athletes injury free

All Athletes will perform similar movement patterns but will be scaled according to age anD experience

Monthly Membership Provides ACCESS TO ALL THREE SESSIONS PER WEEK BUT ALLOWS ATHLETES TO COME AND GO MID TRAINING BLOCK

INTENDED FOR ADVANCED/ELITE ATHLETES LOOKING TO REACH THE NEXT LEVEL- Includes access to TrainHeroic as well as access to facility on non-training days, Allowing Athletes to log their workouts and track progress. Also provides a 4th self led workout that athletes can do on their own to supplement in-person training

Frequently asked questions

Q: What AGES are allowed to train?

A: 10 and up is typically the age that this training is appropriate for, but there is really not a set number, as all kids mature at different rates

Q: How Long do the Sessions Last?

A: We block out an entire hour, but workouts are volume based, and typically take 45-50 minutes

Q: Is this for female athletes as well?

A: Yes, we train many female Athletes here at New Phila Barbell
