Great program for young athletes … we saw such huge growth while Aidan attended. He looked forward to going and really looked up to the young men who led (and owned) the program/gym - and also, the teens who he was paired with. Locally owned … so funds go directly back into our community. Super flexible with no contracts or long-term financial commitments. Both boys are about to start back up again!!
Frequently asked questions
Q: What AGES are allowed to train?
A: 12 and up is typically the age that this training is appropriate for, but there is really not a set number, as all kids mature at different rates
Q: How Long do the Sessions Last?
A: We block out an entire hour, but workouts are volume based, and typically take 45-50 minutes
Q: Is this for female athletes as well?
A: Yes, we train many female Athletes here at New Phila Barbell
